Scott has a true passion for helping his customers. It is apparent from the moment he arrives. He is always a pleasure to talk with while working around the house and yard. There were some areas that weren't, conventionally, on my "walk around" to be sprayed and treated, but was "Absolutely no problem", as he told me and that he is always glad to help. Such a professional and knowledgeable tech. There may be numerous pest control companies in Southern Utah but only one that warrants my business. Even the front office when calls are made to confirm appointments and best times to service the house is very polite and professional. I love Western Pest! They are always courteous and professional. They will also come back for free if you need a respray between your regular services. Today tech Clark L. came out to respray my property due to the large increase in pests in the area recently (normally I don’t ever need a respray). Clark talked with me about the pests I’ve been encountering and then resprayed the property with spray specific to the issue. He was very kind and professional. He also made sure to let me know when he was done spraying which is nice because then I know when he is done but also because he double checked that I did not need anything else before he departed. 5 starts for a great company and their always amazing techs!! ~ Kilee F

Clark Lewis from Western Pest control came out Friday to assess our problem with yellow jackets. He came back out today and set up traps to take care of the problem. Clark was very friendly and was very concerned about our problem. He went above and beyond the normal service. He did the same thing this weekend researching and making sure he was using the proper technique. I could not ask for better service, he was amazing. I am a difficult customer to please but he had not problem making me feel confident that I chose the right pest service. My other service would not do anything to help me with this problem, which is why I called Western. They now have me for a customer, very happy and confident they will continue to help me with my bug needs. I have used Western Pest Control for several years now. Chris Hill was friendly, efficient, and helpful. He answered all my questions patiently. He listened to my needs and was very quick. He made sure to let me know when the job was completed and let me know about future visits. I have already noticed a big difference. Those itty, bitty, teeny, tiny ants that were becoming a problem are no longer showing up. Yay! Thanks Western Pest Control and Chris Hill! Update: Though I've used them for years, this year I switched because their price got prohibitive for me. We had Western Pest Control come and spray our house today. Michael Silva was the tech and he was phenomenal! He explained the process, egg hatching of spiders and timelines, took his shoes off before entering our home, was very considerate of our baby, let our 3yr old son follow him around the yard asking him questions while he worked, cleaned up cobwebs, and asked if there was anything else he could help with after answering all my questions. We called Western Pest control to come out and inspect our termite issues. Dealing with the office and setting up an appointment was painless. Adam Trusell came out and met with us and performed an insect and termite inspection. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explanation of options for treatment and prevention. We ended up going with the Sentricon Baiting System for termite prevention. Thank you Adam for giving us options and taking the time to explain them. We just had Western Pest Control come out to our new house in Leeds 2 weeks ago. The next day when I went out to the house there were tons of dead bugs. Made me very happy. They even offered to spray in our crawl space under the house where there were a lot of spiders. I love that they spray 6 feet out from the house and do such a good job. We have now lived here for two weeks and haven't seen any bugs in our house. Thanks Western for doing such a good job! ~ Kendra W

This operation is exceptional. Brent Warren was out technician and he did a great job. We received a reminder call the day before he came out. While at our property he wore a uniform and hat and name badge. When he was down with his work, he sent us an email with his photo ID letting us know the work was completed. I found ants on my kitchen counter last night so I called Western right away and left a message. They called me first thing in the morning and Austin was here by 11:00. He provided great service, was very professional and explained everything he was doing to get rid of the ants. He treated my entire house and well as outside and let me know of additional ants he found outside. I always call Western Pest Control and they always deliver great service. ~ Danielle E

Austin did the spraying on the outside of my house in The Vintage #259. Even though I am not there I have every confidence in Austin. He has done my house before. Not only did he spray but he also removed a flyer from my front door to make sure the house did not look empty. That is way over & above customer service. That is why I use Westeren Pest Control. Chris was serving a neighbor across the street and he was informed by the neighbor that I would like to request his company's services. Chris came right over after he was done with my neighbor, and sprayed my yard to begin getting rid of the cockroaches and other bugs. He was professional and friendly and quick with his services. Edwin Herrera provided excellent service to us on 8/12/2019. We asked that the garage and the interior of our house be sprayed as well as the scheduled exterior. He was very thorough and was personable and politely answered all of our questions. He was such a gentleman and he actually removed his shoes before entering the house (even though I would not have asked him to do it). We really did appreciate his respect. We recently had Western Pest Control come out and appreciate our service tech Brent for taking care of our property. We have had some issues with spiders and ants lately and like how they spray the entire perimeter, garage inside and outside. I have had a huge invasion of scorpions and roaches. During the past few visits, I did not feel a strong enough barrier was being applied. I spoke with Adam from Western, and he explained why. Adam did take the time to apply a really good barrier around my house and "wow" I was very happy to see a whole lot of dead roaches and other vermin on the outside of my house. The hero Adam came to our rescue today. After the wife and I were redoing the backyard we uncovered many nests of nefarious creatures. These creatures of evil, after having had their previous homes removed sought refuge in our home. Let me tell you my wonderful wife of 15 glorious years was not into that. I called the hotline in the wee hours of the night looking for hero to save us from peril. To my dismay I received an answering machine. I knew I was in for a long night. I then decided that if these beasts needed a sacrifice. I laid a trail of sugar to my daughters room in hopes if they made it inside they would take her. They didn’t thank the lord. The next day a nice lady returned my call and immediately dispatched the hero Adam to our domicile. Adam feverishly set out at a quick pace to eradicate the invaders to my home. He went into that backyard without a moments of hesitation. He then sent these little devils to the afterlife. Not all hero’s wear capes, some wear Western Pest Control pinstriped shirts. Adam Trussell came by my house to talk about my pest control needs. Being a museum geek, I was so thrilled to hear him talk about a IPM (integrated pest management) and noting they use a lot of options to combat pests--not just spraying insecticide.
